MAYANK RUNNING OUT OF TIME!

Two and half-year old Mayank from old Seelampur Village, Gandhi Nagar, Delhi urgently needs treatment, he is suffering from blood cancer. To give a life to this child, bone marrow transplant is required urgently.

In November, 2020 Narender noticed the size of Mayank’s belly was increasing abruptly. After a while, Mayank reported an ache in his feet and legs as days passed his condition started getting even worse, he was not as active as he used to be, he abandoned food.

Narender took him to a nearby charitable hospital and nursing home. Doctors at hospital diagnosed and suspected symptoms of cancer, they suggested Narerder to take Mayank to Shri ganga ram hospital. Here, furthermore, tests were carried. After the biopsy it was confirmed that Mayank was suffering from blood cancer.

The day he was diagnosed with cancer his and his father’s world, aspiration, dreams were crumbled. Since then suffering and pain is all that is left in their lives. Narender finds himself helpless and believes that he failed as a father. As he is unable to get treatment for his son.

Mayank lost his mother at a very young age, and his father Narender is a driver at amazon, he earns 12,000 rupees per month. With such a minimal income, he can’t afford treatment and chemotherapy for Mayank.

Cancer turned Mayank’s harsh but beautiful life into a nightmare. It snatched the happiness of their family.

But still there is hope, It is said,” when there is hope there is a way.”  Mayank can cure and live if provided treatment properly. Mayank needs plasma transplant carried by chemotherapies, and this will continue for about 2.5 years. An amount of INR 1200000 is required for his treatment.
